Cinderella

Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Cinderella. She lived with her stepmother and two stepsisters, who were very mean to her. They made her do all the housework, and they never let her go to the ball.

One day, Cinderella's stepmother told her that she could not go to the ball. Cinderella was very sad, but then her fairy godmother appeared. The fairy godmother waved her magic wand, and Cinderella's rags turned into a beautiful ball gown. She also gave Cinderella a pair of glass slippers.

Cinderella went to the ball, and she met the prince. They danced all night long, and the prince fell in love with her. At the stroke of midnight, Cinderella had to leave. She ran down the palace steps, but one of her glass slippers fell off.

The next day, the prince found the glass slipper and went from house to house, trying it on all the girls. When it fit Cinderella, the prince knew that she was the girl he wanted to marry. They lived happily ever after.
