In your research, whichever the case, you will need to report your findings and assessments.

In doing so, how conditional sentences could be a great help? Give examples!

Answer:

According to Trinka (https://www.trinka.ai/blog/if-then-using-conditional-sentences-in-academic-writing/, 2022), Conditional Sentences are statements of "if-then" or "unless" situations. These sentences express a situation and its possible outcome. Conditional sentences are often used to discuss the results of research studies or are part of a hypothesis statement.

Conditional sentences are essential for stating and testing conditions and their results. Most authors of scientific papers use such statements, particularly in the Introduction and Discussion sections Based on Trinka (Trinka (https://www.trinka.ai/blog/if-then-using-conditional-sentences-in-academic-writing/, 2022). In general, "zero conditional" refers to conditional sentences that express a fact, rather than describe a hypothetical situation or potential future state. This grammatical term is used when both clauses are in the present tense, but the sentence can be formulated with various tenses, moods, or adapted to the situation.

According to Praba et al (2017), conditional sentence type 1 is used to express an event that is true in the present or future. Some conditional sentences refer to common truths and others to hypothetical situations. For example:

If the Eleventh Grade EFL students of a Senior High School have high motivation, their learning outcomes will be good.
